Terms and Conditions

We take great pride in our work and want you to be proud of having a ClearLake Furniture piece in your home. If for any reason you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase ClearLake Furniture will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Terms

ClearLake Furniture, inc. (CLF) reserves the right to change pricing. All orders require a fifty percent deposite (50%), with the balance due upon completion and prior to shipping the order. In the event that the delivery is delayed by the customer, the order is paid in full upon completion.

Changes

Change orders will be accepted at the discretion of CLF.

Cancellations

You may return any standard (non-custom) piece within 30 days of receipt for replacement or credit towards another piece. Because each piece of furniture is individually crafted, your deposit cannot be refunded. All upholstery sales are final. Custom pieces cannot be canceled and are nonrefundable. CLF's acceptance of an order is final and binding.

Delivery

CLF does not assume any responsibility or liability where site conditions prevent the delivery of the furniture. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine that the size of the completed projects can clear doorways, elevators, etc.

Shipping

Unless complete shipping instructions are given by the customer, CLF will select the carrier. We typically use a number of high quality blanket-wrap furniture movers. We can also offer crating.

Table Top Guarantee

We will refinish your table top one time at no cost except shipping. We will be happy to refinish your table top any time thereafter for the cost of labor, finishing, and shipping.
